Bedrooms All bedrooms feature a colour television, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, desk & chair, alarm clock and the occasional dog or cat if you leave your door open! All rooms have either ensuite or private bathrooms and we of course provide fresh towels, liquid soap, shower gel and toilet paper. We also offer tea & coffee making facilities and free wireless connectivity throughout the house. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.   Bedroom One has a double and single bed making it ideal as either a family or twin room. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two is a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Three is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom Bedroom Four is a double bedroom with private bathroom across the corridor. See our Tariff page for the prices of each bedroom.   Kitchen-Dining Room Breakfast is served between 07:30 to 08:30 (earlier by arrangement). We offer either a full English breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes) or a continental breakfast (ham, cheese, croissants). There is also a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, toast with preserves and honey, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.   Check out time is 10:00 but guests who are leaving town later in the day are welcome to leave their luggage and return for it later.   Garden Feel free to use our garden to enjoy the English sunshine!
